The purpose of For His Glory Bible Fellowship is to equip women of God to love and serve the Lord in their homes, churches and communities and to establish them in the foundation of God’s Word so that they exhibit His character and life and that they may walk in His truth.
Our focus is Jesus Christ and the teaching of His Word under the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
Our goal is that His Word will be deposited richly into hearts to bring change, to produce much fruit, and to give glory to God.

Tuesdays at For His Glory Bible Fellowship...
The joy of the Lord is what is so evident on Tuesday mornings as the women of For His Glory Bible Fellowship meet to study God’s Word. This diverse group of women have in common a love for the Lord and a hunger to know Him more through the study of His Word. It was on February 14, 2008 that Dr. Kathy Bojanowski opened her home to women of many different denominations for the first study on the Book of Genesis – a very fitting study for this new beginning in southeastern North Carolina. In September 2012 they moved to a local church in Shallotte, NC, to facilitate their growing numbers. Since then, the group has grown from the original twelve to over eighty women representing about fifteen area churches. During their two hours together, worship, prayer, teaching and lively discussion take place on topics from both the Old and New Testaments as well as topics that apply biblical principles to every day living. These in-depth studies were originally taught by Dr. Kathy with the help of other wonderful instructors. During those years, God strengthened and raised up more teachers, table leaders, prayer warriors and those who continue to serve in such beautiful ways. In the process, God called Laurinda Wedra to take on the mantle of Director of FHG Bible Fellowship when Dr. Kathy stepped down in preparation for a move from the area. The study has continued to grow and more and more women are drawn to the sweetness of God's Spirit that is so evident there. The anointing upon Laurinda and her team of instructors and leaders has brought a new freshness to these women of God. Occasional guest speakers bless and strengthen hearts as they teach and bring new insight into God’s Word. Throughout the week the women use a study guide with weekly readings and assignments to prepare them for the upcoming teaching and table discussions. It has been wonderful to see how God has brought together women of many different gifts and callings at FHGBF to not only study his Word but also for the purpose of being further encouraged, equipped and strengthened for the work He has prepared for each one. He even put on the heart of Juli Miller years ago to begin a summertime morning gathering of women for an hour of biblical encouragement. They still meet beside the intracoastal waterway to encourage one another in God's Word and to bless the Lord! Within the group there are teachers of His Word, church and ministry leaders, intercessors, hostesses, small group leaders, those with creative and musical gifts, those with ministry of helps or the gift of administration, and those just beginning their Christian walk. Missionary hearts are evident as some go to the nations, others serve in their communities, while others provide finances for Bibles or other needs in the community or the world. May the Lord, by His Spirit and Word, continue to enlarge hearts and use them for His glory in homes, communities and to the uttermost parts of the earth. Amen! FALL SESSION September - December 2025 Tuesdays, 9:30-11:30 a.m. Shallotte , North Carolina During this weekly study we will be digging deeply into biblical truths that will strengthen your faith and cause your heart to draw closer to the Lord. We will look into both the Old and New Testaments to explore practices found in scripture which promote spiritual growth and habits of devotion. What to Expect The weekly meeting will consist of biblical teaching by our FHGBF instructors, group discussions, and a 20-30 minute video teaching . Our members are women from about 15 area churches who love the Lord and want to grow in the knowledge of Him through His Word. It would be our joy to welcome you! Study guide information will be announced at the time the Bible Study topic is announced. Weekly lessons include questions to consider and answer during the week.
